A rental deposit of $300 is required on all rentals. Deposits are returned 15 days after departure. All rates subject to Florida Resort and Sales Tax. Complete payment due upon arrival. Sorry no credit cards accepted.

New Smyrna Beach is close to Orlando and Central Florida's attractions. Day trips are an easy drive, with Orlando just an hour away, you can visit Disney World, Sea World, EPCOT, Universal Studios, MGM Studios. Short drives along the coast bring you to Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International Speedway, St. Augustine (the oldest city in the USA), and much more! They are all easy "day trips".
